What Reelora is

Reelora lets customers book gear, crew, locations, and talent for shoots, films, production, and events. Talent and vendors list what they offer and set bookable slots. Reelora takes payment, keeps a platform fee, and pays the provider. Reelora is not the employer of a talent or vendor, and it is not a party to the creative work itself.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. One account is for one person or one business. Do not create an account for someone else without authority.

No adult content

Reelora does not support adult services. You may not list, request, or upload pornography, nudity for sexual purposes, escort services, or any sexually explicit content. We remove that material and may close the account.

Accounts

• Keep your login codes private.
• Give accurate name and contact details.
• Customers use Reelora to search, book, pay, and review.
• Talent and vendors list services, set slots and prices, and get paid through Reelora.
• Reelora staff can view bookings and contact providers to confirm work. That coordination is done by our team, not by giving the customer the provider’s phone number.

Listings

A listing must describe a real service or rental you are allowed to offer: equipment, crew, a location, or your own talent service. You set the category, tags, images, price, and service area. Categories are managed by Reelora. You must not post misleading prices, stolen images, or illegal services.

Bookings and price

Slots can be hourly, daily, or a fixed-duration package. A slot that is already booked cannot be booked again. The provider may set a minimum and maximum duration. The price is calculated by Reelora. A price typed or stored on your device is not the amount you pay.

Payments

• Prices are in Indian rupees.
• You may pay the full booking online, or pay 25% online and the remaining 75% later online or in cash, when that option is shown at checkout.
• Equipment rentals also require 25% online when the rest is paid in cash.
• The platform fee is 20% of the booking amount. The provider receives 80% before taxes, payment-partner fees, and any other deduction shown for that booking.
• Online money is collected by Reelora and later paid out to the provider. We record each payment, fee, payout, and refund.
• A booking is not confirmed until the upfront payment succeeds and our team marks it confirmed.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation from your bookings screen or by emailing contact@reelora.com. If the booking is still waiting for payment or has not been confirmed by Reelora, we refund the online amount you already paid. After confirmation, we review the request against work already scheduled. Approved refunds go back to the original online payment method. Cash collected outside the app is settled between the people who exchanged it, and you must tell Reelora so the booking record stays correct.

Reviews

Only people who took part in a completed booking can review. Customers may review the talent, vendor, product, or service. Talent and vendors may review the customer. Reviews must be honest and must not include phone numbers, abuse, or sexual content.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, harass anyone, or upload malware.
• Do not scrape the site or interfere with bookings.
• Do not ask a customer or provider to pay outside Reelora in order to avoid the platform fee.
• Do not post another person’s contact details.

App stores

If you downloaded the app from Apple or Google, their store terms also apply to the download and to any in-app purchase they process. Reelora bookings paid on the website or through our payment partners are a contract with Reelora, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the booking, the provider, or refunds we issue.

Intellectual property

Reelora’s name, logo, and software belong to us. You keep ownership of photos and text you upload, and you give us permission to show them on the website and apps for the listing, booking, and promotion of that listing.

Liability

Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their own service, gear, and location. Reelora is responsible for running the platform, taking the online payment, and paying the provider under these terms. We are not liable for lost profits, or for a shoot that a provider fails to attend, beyond refunding the online amount you paid for that booking when we decide a refund is due. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.

Closing an account

You may delete your account as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, including any adult-content rule. Open bookings and payment records can remain until they are settled and any legal retention period ends.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
