Who can use Reelora

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list a service, or pay for a booking. The apps and website are not made for children.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email address, password or one-time code, and role (customer, talent, vendor, or staff).
• Profile and listing details: photos, description, category, tags, service area, prices, and slots.
• Booking details: selected service, date and time, duration, shoot or event location, and booking status.
• Payment details: amount in Indian rupees, payment option, payment status, and references from our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. Card and UPI payments are handled by the payment partner.
• Provider verification: identity or business documents a talent or vendor uploads for review. Customers do not see these documents.
• Reviews you write after a completed booking, and messages you send to Reelora support.
• Device and log data: app version, device type, IP address, and basic diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

• Create and secure your account.
• Show listings, calculate the price on our servers, and take payment.
• Show a booking to our admin team so they can confirm it and contact the provider offline.
• Pay providers after the platform fee and other deductions that apply to that booking.
• Show ratings and reviews.
• Detect fraud, double bookings, and misuse.
• Reply to support and account-deletion requests.
• Meet tax, payment, and accounting duties.

Contact details of providers

Customers do not receive a talent’s or vendor’s phone number, email, or other direct contact details. Admin and assigned staff can see provider contact details so they can coordinate the booking. Do not try to move a booking off Reelora to avoid payment.

Who we share information with

• Payment partners that process the online portion of a booking.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and run Reelora.
• The other party to a booking, limited to what they need to perform it. Provider phone and email stay hidden from customers.
• Our admin team and staff assigned to a booking.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Online payments are collected in Reelora’s account. A customer may pay the full amount online, or pay part online and the rest later online or in cash, as offered at checkout. Amounts are stored in paise. Payment partners receive the data they need to take or refund a payment.

Location

We use the city or shoot location you enter to show relevant listings and to pass the job location to the provider through the booking. We do not track your background location.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. You can block cookies in your browser. Sign-in may stop working if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep account and listing data while your account is open. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify profile data as described on the account deletion page. We keep booking and payment records for as long as Indian tax and payment laws require, which can be up to eight years.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect accounts and payments. No online service is perfectly secure. Use a current device and do not share one-time codes.

Your choices

• Update your profile in the app or website.
• Ask for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct it, by emailing contact@reelora.com.
• Delete your account using the steps on the account deletion page.
• Stop using the website or delete the mobile app from your device. Deleting the app does not delete the account.

Children

Reelora is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we will close it and delete the personal information that we are not required to keep.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of Reelora after that date means you accept the updated policy.
